Kade Byrand, currently based in Providence Rhode Island, is an Illustrator and filmmaker holding a BFA in the former from the Rhode Island School of Design. His work tends to focus on depicting moments that seem like they could be ripped right off the screen, and part of a larger whole. Byrand always extensively researches his subject matters, often with the aim of spatially or technically grounding them, ensuring even the most fantastical projects feel deeply realistic and hold a human point of view. With hopes to eventually work in feature films in a visual development role, Byrand’s interests aren’t limited, with a love for editorial and political illustration, working behind or infront of the camera, and being a member of team projects.
He was also a background extra in a Godzilla movie which is way cooler than any of that.
